So, time is near when GTA 5 will be availabe for PC version, although this maybe the Rumor but recently a user at youtube posted a video of GTA 5 PC version (may be fake) and suddenly that vidoe was removed by Youtube.
Well other than that, Thiago Diniz, CEO of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil-based electronic distributor Nuuvem said recently that title was coming in Mrach, he said :

Is scheduled for March on PC, if I'm not mistaken, for the 12th"Demand for GTA 5 in PC version is very high, as recently a petition wqas made which main purpose was that GTA5 must be release for PC too, and 650,000 signatures were garnered there, Mike Julliard made this petition and according to him :
